Danco Moves To Intervene In Case That Would Scrap Abortion Pill Approval

Danco Laboratories, manufacturer of the abortion pill Mifeprex (mifepristone), filed a motion to intervene in a lawsuit that challenges FDA’s approval of medication abortion and seeks to get the approval overturned.
