CMS' move this week to loosen the Obama administration's standards for ACA navigators will jeopardize consumers' ability to get local, unbiased and in-person assistance as they shop for coverage and appears to be another step in the Trump administration's effort to reduce reliance on healthcare.gov, consumer advocates allege.
