Community Health Plans To CMS: Finalize MA 2025 Oversight Proposals

The Alliance of Community Health Plans wants CMS to finalize its 2025 Medicare Advantage and Part D proposed rule, which would establish standardized broker payments and redefine the parameters of broker compensation after lawmakers urged the agency to bolster its oversight of the program.
