Committee For A Responsible Federal Budget: Skinny ACA Repeal Would Cut Deficit By $225 Billion

The Senate’s envisioned “skinny repeal” of the Affordable Care Act would result in a $225 billion deficit reduction and 15 million uninsured by 2026, according to a recent report from the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. The “skinny repeal” plan is expected to call for a repeal of the ACA's individual and employer mandates as well as the law's medical device tax.
