The Council for Affordable Health Coverage (CAHC), which represents employers, unions and other health care stakeholders has joined with other key trade groups to urge congressional leaders to include subsidies for COBRA plans in the next stimulus package, although the group stops short of asking for the 100% premium support included in House Democrats' bill introduced on Tuesday.
