CMS Will End ICD-10 Coding Flexibility Oct. 1

CMS says the ICD-10 coding flexibility that the agency and the American Medical Association worked out last year to keep it from denying doctors' payments if they didn't use a specific enough ICD-10 code will end Oct. 1 as planned.
