CMS Updates Exchange Plan Certification Deadlines To Comply With Court Order

CMS Friday provided an updated timeline for qualified health plans (QHPs) to revise their 2026 plan designs in response to a federal court decision over the program integrity rule, but the agency will revert to the initial filings if the courts agree to let HHS enforce a key provision by Sept. 19.
