CMS To Soon Propose Rule On MA, Exchange Plans’ Prior Auth For Drugs

CMS is drafting a rule to streamline the prior authorization of certain drugs by Medicare Advantage and Qualified Health Plans and expects to publish the proposal in November, HHS reveals in its newly released regulatory agenda.
