CMS Slashes 2019 Navigator Funding, Says Need Is Diminishing

Health care advocates and Democratic lawmakers are blasting the Trump administration for once again slashing funding to the statutorily mandated navigator program that assists consumers in purchasing ACA coverage, and some advocates are calling for congressional action.
