CMS Seeks New Judge In Case On Arkansas Medicaid Work Requirements

CMS is seeking to have a lawsuit challenging Arkansas' planned Medicaid work requirements transferred to a different judge after the case was assigned to Judge James Boasberg, who ruled in June against Medicaid work requirements in Kentucky.
