CMS Seeks Input On How To Push Data Sharing In Post-Acute Care

CMS is asking for feedback on how to improve data interoperability for providers that didn’t receive incentives for using electronic health records, including post-acute care providers, behavioral health providers and community-care providers that serve duals, as well as how to improve interoperability for those providers and others through innovation center demos.
