CMS Says Plans Can Reduce 2020 Premiums If Allowed By State

CMS Tuesday (Aug. 4) said that, in light of the ongoing pandemic, insurers participating in the federal exchange can offer premium discounts to enrollees through the rest of 2020 and the agency encourages state-based exchanges to take the same approach.
