CMS Says It Never Agreed To Quickly Approve Oklahoma 1332 Waiver

Oklahoma and CMS are still at odds over the state's effort to set up a reinsurance program that would have lowered premiums in the state by about 34 percent if the federal agency had agreed to the 1332 waiver request.
