CMS Releases Long-Awaited Medicaid Work Requirement Guidance

CMS released a long-awaited guidance to counsel states on how to implement and evaluate 1115 waivers in Medicaid , particularly work-requirement programs, including an implementation template, a monitoring report template and evaluation design guidance on Thursday (March 14).
