CMS, In Quick Turnaround, Says NJ 1332 Application Complete

CMS on Friday (July 13) informed New Jersey officials that it has deemed the state's recent State Innovation Waiver application to be complete. The agency's letter comes less than two weeks after New Jersey officially submitted its request to establish a reinsurance program, which the state expects will lower health insurance rates by 15 percent.
