CMS Pledges Flexibility In Medicaid Home Health Requirements

CMS told states it will be flexible in enforcing some aspects of the Medicaid home health rule scheduled to take effect July 1, and industry stakeholders expect the primary impact will be a reprieve from a new requirement that doctors meet face-to-face with beneficiaries around the time that they order home health services or medical equipment.
