CMS Opens SEP For Consumers Who Enrolled In Non-ACA Compliant Salvasen Health Plans

CMS tells Inside Health Policy it has created a special enrollment period that will last through June 9 for consumers who purchased plans sold by Houston-based Salvasen Health that are not compliant with the Affordable Care Act despite being marketed as minimum essential coverage.
