CMS Opens Comments On Alabama's Strict Medicaid Work Requirements

CMS is gathering feedback on Alabama's Medicaid work-requirement proposal, which is one of the most stringent that the agency has received and comes from a state with the lowest Medicaid eligibility ceiling in the country. The public comment period opened Friday (Sept. 21).
