CMS: Issues Fixed, Navigators Say Site Running Better

Problems with the federal marketplace that stopped consumers from enrolling in coverage on the first day of open enrollment have been fixed, CMS says, and navigators also tell Inside Health Policy that now seems to be running smoothly. On Nov. 1, the first day of open enrollment, some consumers received error messages, which have been addressed, a CMS spokesperson says. Normal operations continued throughout the weekend, and agency staff will continue to monitor the site as traffic increases...
