CMS: Healthcare.gov Improper Payment Rate Less Than 1%

The federally run heath exchange had an improper payment rate of less than 1% in the 2020 benefit year, CMS revealed Tuesday, which the first time the agency has reported such data for the Affordable Care Act’s advanced payment tax credits (APTCs).
