CMS Eases Path For States To Partner With MCOs On Redetermination

Updated Story CMS will allow states to waive certain restrictions on Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs) so that plans can engage with states and consumers once the Medicaid redetermination process kicks back in after the public emergency.
