The Biden administration approved last Thursday (Nov. 18) its fourth 1115 waiver from states that want to expand their Medicaid postpartum coverage beyond 60 days, shortly before the House passed its Build Back Better legislation that includes mandatory one-year Medicaid coverage for new mothers.
