CMS Friday said average premiums for Medicare Advantage, including MA Special Needs Plans and those that provide drug coverage, will decline slightly from $18.23 in 2024 to $17 this year -- and despite industry warnings about regional exits and benefit reductions, the agency says beneficiaries will continue to have ample choices from an average 34 non-special needs plans, and the number of rebates for supplemental benefits will increase slightly.
