CMS Appeals Judge’s Halt Of New Hampshire Work Requirements

CMS and New Hampshire are appealing a federal judge’s ruling that blocked the state’s plan to implement Medicaid work requirements. The case now moves to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which is already considering the legality of Medicaid work requirements in Arkansas and Kentucky.
