CMS Announces $8.1M In State Grants; Funds May Support EHB Changes

CMS Monday (Feb. 5) announced $8.1 million in grants to support states in planning and implementing certain marketplace reforms -- specifically for activities related to assessing and potentially altering their essential health benefits (EHB) packages, as well as ensuring issuers are complying with a federal requirement to make coverage available -- and renewable -- for all applicants.
