Chamber Drops Suit Over Drug Price Transparency After Admin Defers Enforcement

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday (Aug. 25) voluntarily dropped its lawsuit over a health care coverage transparency rule provision requiring insurers, including employer group plans, disclose drug prices in machine-readable formats after the Biden administration deferred enforcement, delayed start dates and reopened key pieces of the broader rule.
