The Center on Budget and Policy Priorities (CBPP) says the complex health care reform bill that Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) released at the end of July would redistribute federal funds for health care in ways that would lead to hefty cuts while dramatically changing the state health care structure.
