The ranking Republican on the Senate health committee, Sen. Bill Cassidy (LA), has requested more information from UnitedHealth Group (UHG) on its response to the Change Healthcare cyberattack, asking why the company did not implement multifactor authentication (MFA) or other measures previously recommended by the FBI that could have prevented the attack and what it is doing now for people whose personal information was compromised.
