Cassidy-Graham Gaining Momentum In Senate

GOP Senate leadership in an apparent pivot is pushing the just-released bill by Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Dean Heller (R-NV) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) that pools and then redistributes, via block grants, the federal funding apportioned to states by the Affordable Care Act.
