Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA), who wants to lead the Budget Committee if the GOP takes House control, hopes to unify his party under one set of Medicare reform proposals, his office told Inside Health Policy, while Democrats campaign on a message that Republicans would cut back Medicare even though some GOP leaders have distanced themselves from Sen.
