CAP Proposes Enrolling Unemployed In Medicaid

As millions of people are losing their jobs and health insurance coverage amid the economic crisis, Center for American Progress Vice President for Health Policy Topher Spiro is floating a new proposal that would let states enroll their unemployed population in Medicaid or increase the eligible threshold to families earning up to 200% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
