California Opens Medicaid Program To Undocumented Residents

All income-eligible Californians, regardless of immigration status, will be eligible for Medicaid coverage beginning Jan. 1, 2024. California became the first state to provide all undocumented immigrants access to Medicaid program when the state passed its final 2022-23 state budget.
