The bipartisan House coalition of around 40 Democrats and Republicans hope the proposal they unveiled Monday (July 31) for a longer-term stabilization of individual health insurance markets will take hold in the Senate where health committee Chair Lamar Alexander (R-TN) has announced hearings for a short-term package to lower premiums in 2018.
