BIOSECURE Act Faces Senate Roadblocks, Alabama Aims To Fill The Gaps

The House-passed BIOSECURE Act is facing a setback in the Senate after it was excluded in the chamber’s initial version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with an industry lawyer saying House leadership may need to make a strong push to incorporate the bill into its own version of the must-pass defense legislation.
