Biden-Era HHS Reg Agenda Officially Withdrawn; No Replacement Published

The Trump administration has officially withdrawn the last-minute Biden era regulatory agenda that was scheduled for Federal Register publication Wednesday (Feb. 12), leaving the agency without a clear roadmap for rulemaking as a new agenda was not introduced in place of the one removed.
