HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra assured House appropriators he would seek input from stakeholders before implementing a surprise billing fix, after Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD) raised concerns the department could issue an interim final rule to implement the No Surprises Act and skip gathering feedback.
