Bacon Leaning No On FMAP, Provider Cuts

Nebraska Republican Rep. Don Bacon tells Inside Health Policy that he's leaning toward opposing reductions in federal Medicaid matching funds or eliminating or reducing states’ ability to charge provider taxes to offset the costs of advancing key GOP priories via reconciliation -- even if those policies would cut Medicaid less than the $500 billion he told the White House he would accept.
