Appropriators To FDA: Encourage States To Sign Compounding MOU

House appropriators want FDA to make sure states sign the agency’s final memorandum of understanding for interstate distribution of pharmacy compounded drugs. Appropriators urge the agency to work with pharmacy compounding stakeholders to address concerns with the MOU, which is the subject of a lawsuit filed by seven pharmacy compounding groups.
