Reps. Diana DeGette (D-CO) and Fred Upton (R-MI) on Tuesday morning (Nov. 16) will release revised Cures 2.0 legislation that aims to enhance innovation in the antimicrobial space, including by requiring that HHS create antimicrobial development advisory committees and establish an antibiotic use program at hospitals and health care facilities.
