Alliance For A Stronger FDA To Push Congress For FDA Funding Increase

The board of the Alliance for a Stronger FDA will push Congress for a $120 million increase in FDA’s spending levels in fiscal 2021, which is $72 million more than the $48 million increase over fiscal 2020 levels sought by the Trump administration. The alliance sent an email to its members Friday (Feb. 21) asking for input on budget priorities to justify the large request.
