AHA Asks Texas Court To Vacate FTC Noncompete Rule

The American Hospital Association (AHA) and the Federation of American Hospitals ask a federal court in Texas to vacate the Federal Trade Commission’s final rule banning noncompetes in an amicus brief filed Friday (July 26).
