A nonprofit organization that sued to block Georgia from implementing its controversial plan to exit and rely on vendors to sell Affordable Care Act plans and do outreach and enrollment is celebrating CMS’ decision to officially suspend the program over Georgia’s failure to submit a plan for making sure its residents would not lose coverage.
