Advocates across the political spectrum are backing efforts to include Medicare site-neutral payment reforms in the Senate’s reconciliation package, with left-leaning groups telling Inside Health Policy they hope the policy could serve as a cost-saving alternative to proposed cuts to federal Medicaid funding.
