Administration Previews Rule Expanding Health Reimbursement Arrangements

The Trump administration late Monday (Oct. 22) offered a preview of a proposed regulation that will allow businesses to offer employees tax-preferred health reimbursement arrangements that can be used to purchase coverage on or off the exchanges.
