Admin Unveils Short-Term Plan Rule, Surprise Billing Guide, Medical Debt RFI

The Biden administration is proposing to limit the duration of short-term health plans to three months, require enhanced disclosures and ensure that fixed indemnity plans do not mimic comprehensive health coverage, according to a White House preview of a long-awaited rule that will be released Friday (July 6) morning.
