Admin Tweaks Methodology, Puts IDR Fee At $115 Starting Mid-January

The three agencies implementing the No Surprises Act on Monday (Dec. 18) finalized with some changes a rule that sets the methodology for calculating the administrative fee that parties must pay to use the federal independent dispute resolution process, resulting in a lower fee than previously proposed.
