The number of Black and Latino Americans who selected an Affordable Care Act plan through healthcare.gov in 2024 nearly tripled compared to 2020, according to a report from HHS’ Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (APSE) out Tuesday (Oct. 1).
