Admin: At Least 19M Enrolled In ACA Plans Nationwide Since Nov. 1

Americans have been signing up for coverage at a record-breaking pace as preliminary data show as of Dec. 15 for healthcare.gov and Dec. 9 for state-based marketplaces more than 19 million people selected an Affordable Care Act plan, HHS and CMS announced Wednesday.
