ACA Open Enrollment Numbers Declined For 2019

Roughly 300,000 fewer people signed up for health plans on the federal exchanges during the 2019 Affordable Care Act open enrollment period compared to last year, and premiums for plans selected on healthcare.gov were 1.5 percent less expensive than last year, CMS announced on Monday (March 25).
