AAM Appeals District Court Ruling In California Pay-For-Delay Case

The generic drug lobby is appealing a California district court’s decision not to block the state’s pay-for-delay law, which went into effect Jan. 1. The group, which filed suit against the state in November, now seeks relief in the Ninth Circuit.
